Removable/Reusable swiveling roof anchor designed to anchor a self retracting lifeline. Complete with Ultra-LokŪ self retracting lifeline, 30 ft. length. Capable of rotating 360 degrees giving workers maximum freedom of movement. Nail (twenty-four 16d {penny}) or bolt (twelve 1/4"x2-1/2" or longer lag screws) into the sheathing and joist, rafter, etc. (roof member). Designed to be removable, it may be used again after an inspection. 5,000 lb. Minimum breaking strength. Meets all applicable standards including OSHA and ANSI.
